I'm Haley, thirteen, and from a really small town in Michigan.

To put it generally, I'm passionate in just about everything I do. I'm rarely ever pulled in to a long-term sad state. I always have make sure everyone else is happy and having a good time. I'm free-spirited, but with plenty of morals and goals. Majority of my life has been nothing to complain about. Actually, it's been very, VERY sheltered--but that's all right. Nothing horrible, horrible has ever happened to me. 97% of the time I'm in a good mood. My "bitchy" side is that I get easily angered, so I tend to express my opinions... a lot, in a way that makes others feel guilty.

I never get scared by horror movies. I hate wearing socks with a deep, burning passion. I'm a sucker for the polite, modest, understanding "type" of guys. I know a woman who used to guest-star on Power Rangers, which is pretty hardcore. I have a deep, deep phobia of butterflies. On a day-to-day basis, I never wear makeup--ever. I secretly want to become a Victoria's Secret model AND a psychiatrist--which techincally speaking could be thought of as a contradiction. I write poetry about tragedy that has never struck me personally. I'm far more spiritual than religious to keep myself more open-minded to others' views.

I love obnoxiously sunny days, friends you feel right at home with, making a difference, the month of May, learning about spiritual diversity, connecting one-on-one with someone, those who do good deeds annonymously, creative writing, making memories, dancing like a loser, determination, slight breezes on summer days, optimistic people, signs of hope, naturalists, walking barefoot, thinking of possibilities, outrageous Halloween costumes, adrenaline rushes, bright colors, observant people, cheesy old chick flicks, miniskirts, Lucky Charms, ambitious lifestyles, jumping in rivers fully clothed, Google, making lame prank phone calls, the smell of freshly cut grass, hiding under bridges, Ivy League universities, moments of inspiration, working with others, inside jokes, melted cheese, comfy jeans, photographs, Laguna Beach, American Idol, Grey's Anatomy, 8th & Ocean, The Real World, MTV nastiness, stupid home videos, superstitions, reading meaningless tweeny magazines, reading meaningful novels, reading in general, practicing modelling in front of my mirror, cute little local shops, barbecues, making others happy, bench swings, cats, Christmas spirit, occasional shopping sprees, white picket fences, knee-high socks, people you can do nothing with, people you can do everything with, dramatically long bus rides with friends, good eye contact, motivational speakers, statistics, futures, Japanese way of life, free spirits, eating meat, and extremely genuine people.
